General Office Help – year round help needed.
Hours are 9:30AM – 4:30PM
Monday – Friday
Duties may include: photocopying, filing, preparing mailings, scanning of documents.
JazZoo – July and August only.
Hours are 5:30PM – 8:00PM
Select Fridays.
Duties may include: taking tickets, greeting guests, handing out marketing materials.
One Night Only Event Volunteers – Day of Event.
Duties may include: greeting guests, set up/tear down, selling CD’s, selling drink tickets, assisting with silent auction.
One Night Only Support – August through November.
Hours vary.
Duties may include: planning of the event, preparing mailings, securing donors for the silent and live auctions, day of event set up and clean up.
The Jazz Academy Jam Sessions are a community-focused, curated jam session series held the second Tuesday of each month in the Jazz Academy October 2022-May 2023. Jazz musicians of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate in the jam. Each session will have a theme with a list of tunes that will be drawn from.
