The Jazz Academy Jam Sessions are a community-focused, curated jam session series held the second Tuesday of each month in the Jazz Academy. Jazz musicians of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate in the jam. Each session will have a theme with a list of tunes that will be drawn from.
This jam will feature tunes from the famous 1962 record Nancy Wilson/Cannonball Adderley. This record has become a favorite of jazz musicians and fans alike. Singers and instrumentalists are encouraged to come sing and play these beloved tunes. Lead sheets for all tunes are available here.
