The Jazz Academy Jam Sessions are a community-focused, curated jam session series held the second Tuesday of each month in the Jazz Academy. Jazz musicians of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate in the jam. Each session will have a theme with a list of tunes that will be drawn from.
“Famous Groove Tunes” will be led by Elaine Mylius and feature favorites such as Chameleon, Red Clay and more. We invite musicians and community members to come watch and/or play at this jam! Lead sheets for this jam are available here.
