A new incarnation of his previous projects, Brandon Coleman’s Fourth Kind is a modern jazz group focused on interplay, texture, and adventure.  Drawing upon themes from science fiction, late-night AM radio, and personal stories, Fourth Kind plays a repertoire of prog-infused jazz that showcases not only the individuals’ musical abilities, but the ability of the group as a whole to shift gears at a moment’s notice.
