Microphones, piano, guitar/bass amps, drum set, vibraphone and congas will be provided. Please be prepared to bring all mutes, auxiliary percussion and any other accessories needed for your ensemble.

Let us know the instrumentation of your group, so we can plan accordingly! (Example: 5 saxes, 4 trombones, 4 trumpets, guitar, piano, bass, drums - or any other instruments you include in your band!) Do you already know what you'll be playing at JazzFest this year? Let us know. Otherwise, please send us this information (Composition, Composer, Arranger, Student Soloists) no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Special Requests
Do your students have major conflicts in the morning or afternoon? Do you need specific instrumentation such as a vibraphone? We will be as accommodating as we can be.
