Enjoy a special Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival performance by the members of CAMP Blues.

Led by international Blues musician Sean Carney, CAMP Blues begins as a week-long summer camp ensemble experience for young, budding blues musicians.

During the week of the Festival, campers focus on learning about and playing the blues, including playing guitar, bass and drums; exploring those instruments’ respective roles in blues music; developing participants’ instrumental skills and techniques; learning basic music theory, ear training and improvisation; and even discussing how to overcome stage fright. Their week concludes with a public performance on the Creekside Community Stage where the students can apply all that they have learned.
