One Night Only is Jazz Arts Group’s annual fundraiser and hosts 250-300 attendees. This year the event will be held on Friday, November 18th, 2016 at 6:00pm at Copious-Notes.
The evening’s musical activities feature trumpet virtuoso, Artistic Director of the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, Mr. Byron Stripling along with guest artist, Aldo Lόpez Gavilán. Mr. Gavilán will be traveling to Central Ohio from Havana to recreate the magic of his recent concert with Byron Stripling that took place in Cuba in May of 2016.
One Night Only aims to highlight the contributions of Jazz Arts Group to the vibrant arts community of Columbus, Ohio and to raise funds to continue in our mission: Dedicated to advancing the art of jazz through performance and education.
