The Jazz Arts Group believes in the power of music to transform lives and is committed to offering lifelong learning opportunities for audiences of all ages, interests, backgrounds and abilities.
The vision of the Jazz Academy is unique - the Jazz Academy will connect people, start conversations and inspire music making – a place where anyone can listen, learn and play!

The Jazz Academy will make its home in the Lincoln Theatre on East Long Street and in the heart of the King-Lincoln District. Once known as “The Cradle of Jazz,” this district was a major stop for the jazz greats of the 1920s, ‘30s and ‘40s and is certain to become a vibrant destination for American music in Columbus.
