Regarded as one of the most technically proficient trumpeters, Doc can blow the roof off with a solo and command a stage like no other.
“40 Years of Jazz Arts Group” will also feature one of our most requested themes – a special tribute to controversial jazz maven Stan Kenton. Known for his loud, brassy, progressive jazz, Kenton’s music emphasizes a moving combination of emotion, power, and harmony.
